Agreement to Terms

Caricature is an AI exaggerated portrait generator—upload a photo, get a funny caricature fast. We also support text-to-image, image editing, and video creation via models like Nano Banana, GPT-4o Image, Flux, Veo, Sora, Kling, and Wan. By using Caricature, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

How You May Use Caricature

You may create caricatures and other outputs for personal or commercial use, within these rules. Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws. Caricature is for lawful, non-harmful content only.

Accounts

  1. Sign-up:Some features require an account. Give accurate, complete info when registering.
  2. Security:You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all use of your account.
  3. Breach:Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Ownership & Rights

Your Caricatures & Outputs

  • Ownership:You own caricatures and other outputs you create, subject to the limits below.
  • Commercial use:Use your caricatures for business, marketing, social (TikTok, Reddit, X, Facebook), or any commercial purpose—no extra license fee.

Caricature Platform IP

The Caricature platform, models, UI, and docs are owned by caricature.click. You do not own the underlying tech. Respect our IP and that of third parties.

What You Must Not Do

Do not:

  • Harmful content:Create caricatures or outputs with violence, hate, explicit content, or content that harms people
  • Illegal content:Violate laws (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
  • Deception:Generate content to deceive, mislead, or impersonate real people without consent
  • Illegal commerce:Use outputs for illegal business or to compete unfairly with Caricature
  • Technical abuse:Reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the platform or models
  • Unauthorized access:Bypass security, access others' accounts, or exceed your limits
  • API overload:Use the API in ways that hurt service for others

Data We Collect

We collect account info, caricature and generation history, usage data, device info, cookies, payment data, and store your outputs. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Credits & Payment

  • Credits:Each caricature or generation consumes credits (e.g. Nano Banana 3, GPT-4o Image 6, video models more).
  • Purchases:Credit and subscription purchases are final unless law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.
  • Changes:Prices may change; we will notify users when they do.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end your access at our discretion if you break these Terms or harm others, us, or third parties.

No Warranties

Caricature is offered "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant accuracy, reliability, or availability. All warranties are disclaimed to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, caricature.click is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from use or inability to use the service, including issues with caricatures or other outputs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify caricature.click and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, breach of these Terms, or use of your caricatures or outputs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where caricature.click operates. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration as required by applicable law.

Updates

We may change these Terms at any time. New versions take effect when posted. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
